Legendary mod planner

Legendary mod boxes change the effects on legendary gear. Plan the boxes you still need and combine their crafting materials.

Scrapping legendary equipment can unlock a mod recipe; loose mods can also come from player trades. Use a Tinker’s Workbench to craft learned mods. Apply compatible mods at the workbench for the target equipment: Weapons Workbench, Armor Workbench or Power Armor Station.
